I had a very good experience, as the nurses welcome me in very good hands. Took good care of me. They treated me like they would their own children. The doctor as well was very good as she examined me and also saw the need to give me a referral as she could see it was above her level, it takes a very good doctor to do that. Univertas Private Hospital is rated 20/10 . It is an over total.

It's the best hospital in our country in my opinion nd the service is out of this world. Special thanks for the best treatment at all cardiology centre's within. Nobody likes being in hospital but for some reason,this hospital feels like home. You can be how sad,but wen you leave this place,you have a whole new look on life thanks to the wonderful doctors,sisters nd nurses nd all the staff even up to the cleaners.
Have been here for 3 hours. Doctors already saw me and prescribed meds and drips. Nurses chatting and messing around. No idea what's happening. Still waiting for drip. Worst service ever!
I am currently in hospital, the most friendly and helpful staff, well prepared food, far better than many other hospitals
Ward was not neatly maintained in terms of unmade beds, unkempt bedding of patient beds, curtains roughly opened without being being neatly tied back etc. Only floors are kept clean. Xray dept reception area is the most untidy place
I took my son for the covid jab, the waiting outside in the august dust is not ok.
Good Hospital , Service with n smile and very help-full ! Definitely recommend this hospital as I have been there a couple of times.
My child died in ICU there on Monday the 30 December 2019 and I was told that the child is taken to do postmortem but the silence is killing me now,what can I do,please help,i phone everyday but told that they will call back but they never did
