I am a contract customer, 1 have 4 accounts Both Sims not working I was Lied too... He said when the phone does a software update,the Sims get damaged. I have to buy two sim cards and charged again to activate them again.. Still one sim not working..20gig data Yet I still get debited and now I have to buy day to day data to get my work done.. Pathetic Service from the store manager and consultant. I have purchased a Huawei P40 Lite a month ago. My screen had cracked and as per terms this phone has a 100 day screen cover, provided that it is registered for this within 14 days after purchase. This information was not brought to my attention by the consultant, Nomusa Thusini from Cell C Pinetown and of course I had found out about this service offered after the 14 day period. Nevertheless the manager of Cell C Pinetown had passed the buck to the Huawei Area Manager Tashen to deal with her staffs negligence. He has now left me indefinitely to await for a response. This phone cannot be used with a cracked screen so I request for cell c higher management to contact me. It's either they stop the debit order until Huawei replaces the screen or the Manger and Staff from Pinetown pays for their negligence!!!
Not very happy ! I purchased a router contract online in which I was offered 5G before midnight and 15G after midnight for a price of R99.00 per month. I agreed for them to debit my account for the what I thought was R99.00. The first debit off my account was for roughly R785.00. I reversed the amount back into my account which they tried to debit again a few days later. I contacted there call centre and was told that it was not Cell C that had made the mistake but one of there distributor companies. I have called twice since then where they told me that they would listen to the phone call between the consultant and I and would get back to me within 48 hours. They did not get back to me so I called client services again where I was told that it had been established that the consultant was at fault and they would change the open line to a pay as you go line. I received a call after that from a consultant to say that I would be credited the money that they had debited from my account which I found amusing as each time they tried I would have it reversed. That was the last I have heard from them. I have since tried another three times to get hold of someone at Cell C that would be prepared to help me but with no result. WHAT DO I DO?
The gentlemen that worked on Sunday the 24.01.2016 at this Branch were extremely friendly, polite, very informative and helpful. I have not had great service this this for a very long time. Well done guys and hope you get recognised. Glad I made the move from Vodacom to Cell C.
