Terrible service. You're lucky if you even get through to them on the phone. I once tried phoning the branch all day and eventually decided to go there and to my disbelief they were Deliberately ignoring the phone lines the entire time I was there.
Very long queues. Waiting time over an hour, and only to get to the counter and find out that the port me to Telkom service was not working. They should have been more proactive and found out what each person was there for that was in the queues.
I’ve been calling the store for an hour and no one is answering. Disgusting service!
You receieve no feedback regarding your applications, my phone had a charging problem and I had bought it 5 months before I started experiencing problems with it. Igave it in with no scratches but I received a phone call requesting me to pay more than R2000 because the phone was cracked!! That was in March, we are now in May but I have not recieved my phone back, yet I am expected to pay for the contract. #NEVER GO TO TELKOM THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR!!! I REGRET HAVING A CONTRACT WITH THEM!!!!
I actually can't believe how disgusted I am in the lack of service recieved, I seriously cannot believe that after trying every single possible avenue to make contact has produced no results after 5 months, I have even tried contacting the ceo with no response, some one who is service orientated and can resolve issues please contact me
Extremely slow, I was told everything approved and will take 15-20min max, got there and waited over an hour. Poor system, part of my wait was having to wait 10min for the manager to finish up with another customer to get my device.
I am still waiting for my wifi router to be delivered which I ordered in the last 2 months. There is no one responsible for orders, no one cares if customers or clients aee happy or not, you send emails, call them on phone and even contact them on social media but it is guaranteed that you wont get any help. I do not know what to do. My only option now is to reject the order to avoid future issues. Who is going to help me when I need help as they can not help me now with the order to be delivered????? Someone is not doing his or her job right and they dnt get held responsible for that.
So where do I start.... I toke out the 10 Gig night and 10 Gig Day special for R 270 a month... Got my account R 1 700 for 2 months, and what is Telkom doing about it Nothing, this money is going to be going off my account on the 25th and today is the 23rd do they understand that this so urgent to stop the debit order NO they don't. every time I phone the call center its the same story over and over, if this amount goes off most of my other thing will not be paid, but don't care this will be the first payment as I am with them for a month only I cant phone my bank to stop the debit order as its the first time for the debit order, I will not be able to pay my important things is this R 1700 that should only be R400... and the point of the whole complaint is that TELKOM loaded the wrong things on my account a UN caped all hours Wi Fi? Its staring to look like I am the wrong one. I need this debit order to be stop Now. this is not the first time we have a problem like this on our cell phone contacts it was the same thing.
This is now the third time I had to deal with rude and incompetent staff at Pinecrest. Last time I ended up going to Pavillion where I received a world class service. I keep going back as it is close to where I stay but after the Tuesday ordeal I don't even know why I bother. It's a pity in a nation where we are sitting on the highest rate of unemployment that someone out there is employed and not giving a care to the job. Y'all need to fix this. Telkom is a well reputable brand. Its a pity it's being tarnished by a few inviduals that are failing to stand up to their work obligations.
Don't waste your time with Telkom Pinecrest. No service extremely lazy and incompetent staff. Although you are second in line,You wait in line for 50 minutes before you get help. 10 staff on duty however only two service counters open.. all other staff walking and turning laughing and playing on their phones.customer service non existant
