Crazy Plastics Boksburg

Crazy Plastics sells a big variety of household plastic goods, prizes are very reasonable. I was looking for a spice, sauce and soup packet holder with compartments. I found similar but not with compartments and this holder have a lid to cover and is beneficial to use in the fridge, store in cupboard or on table top. I've paid a low amount of R35 for this holder. Quite surprised as goods became so expensive nowadays.

Terrible service. Went on Saturday to get 10 stools of which they didn’t have stock but could bring in from another branch. Extended till the Monday after which I was happy to do. Phoned Monday morning to confirm collection and “conveniently” got cut off. Arrived at the store on Monday afternoon the manager “forgot” to pull the stock or have it ready. Rather take my business elsewhere

This is the largest plastic store with the best prices. I can organize my world wit great stackable containers at really affordable prices. All cleaning products can be found here at a fraction of the cost of branded retail products. In the current economic environment one can breathe, as cleaning products normally take up 50% of the grocery bill. Party assessors and balloons can also be obtained here. Wide variety of kids toys. Kitchen and catering utensils, cutlery and crockery. You will have to experience it for yourself. This is a new store with never to be found again specials. You have to go experience it for yourself.

The biggest Crazy Plasitcs store in South Africa. Big veriety of house hold products and packaging containers. Cleaning products at afordable prices. Catering section were you can buy in bulk. Friendly staff that is very helpfull and know the store very well. This store can also be found on all social media platforms that will give you the weekly specials. A must to visit this store if you want to be organized in your daily living space.

"To whom it may concern Note that I would like to lay an official complaint, on this store's customer service. As seen below, i have tried to make a return of a product, which clearly seems to be an issue as it is the 2nd time that i am returning this product, however, this isn't my complaint, your processes are your processes, even if it is done differently every time. My concern is the communication of the management in the store. Since 06 March at 12pm, I've been told that they will call me back, and 6days later I have never received a call from them. I called to follow up on the 08 March, and was told by Michael Store Manager that he is not aware of this return, he will need to check with Klarissa floor Manager, who distinctly told me that Michael will be in the store on the 7th and this will be addressed with him, clearly that was not done. Needless to say Manager told me to give him a few minutes and he will call me back now the 11th March and still no call. I therefore call the store again on the 10th March and Michael told me that the representative from the supplier will be coming to see the product and give them direction as to what to do, naturally I requested a lead time and was told unfortunately he is unable to tell me when, really???? Shouldn't this be the information that you obtain as a manager from the very beginning? I then advised him that they have had the product for one week and my patio furniture is left uncovered, given the current weather conditions this is not an ideal situation. Michael stated that he will check with the Rep as to when he will be in Boksburg and call me back, 24hrs later still no call! I am now starting to think that there seems to be some underlying issues that they have with me as a person, that leads them to the type of service that I am currently being given just an assumption on my side as I am sure that not every customer is treated this way when returning a product within its warranty. I would be going back to the store today to collect the damaged item as if this is the level of communication that I'm going to receive, this product will take months before it is given back to me, return concluded or not. Please also share with me your returns policy for defective products that are still under warranty? Thanks "" Notes that the above is an email that I sent to thier head office and received no reply.The store was also unable to give we a copy of thier returns policy as this product is still on warranty and they do not want to take any responsibility for it.

What a great service. I really would like to thank the guy who went out of his way to make sure the dog house i bought fit into my small car. I didn't even have cash to thank him. My car was already full and i almost left the kennel at the store but he unpacked everything for me and arranged it again...i wish i had taken his name. Thank you so much for the service.. My puppy and I are very happy.
