• To empower women through exercise, introducing them to a new and exciting sports - in particular cycling and hiking - taking them out of their comfort zones but into a sisterhood of like-minded women who encourage and motivate them along the way.
• To raise money for the charity of choice and in so doing helping to break the cycles of poverty that so entrench the lives of children that are not our own, but who desperately need to be protected and given a chance to make something of their lives.
