I had a salad and one of the mocktails, the mocktails are nice but the straw gets destroyed in the Ice. The food was fantastic but the service is not the best I have ever experienced at a spur. I received the wrong milkshake which was okay I didn't want to send it back and wait longer, I had to ask someone else so I can have the bill. I might go back if I'm close there but it's not my first choice.
Waited for a long time for our order to be taken as well as for the food to served,the burgers were cold,didn't enjoy it at all.Food: 2/5
A lovely play area for the kids. You get to relax and watch your kids play safe. The waiter made sure that we had all that we needed. Overall the best dine in experience next time will definitely bring the kids for Birthday celebration. Kid-friendliness: Safe area for kids to play.

I am beginning to think that my bad experiences at Spur are my fault for going back there continuously. First we waited 5 minutes as there was no reception and we had to flag someone down to assist us find sitting. Then we had to wait again for someone to come and take our order. Luckily the food was decent and big portions too.
The wings we ordered were very dry, sauce on the side very watery, unlike barbecue sauce we know. Service was good from the waitress. However, the branch manager walked right past us when checking in on other patriots as if we were not priorities. It was very disappointing, and this happened with the same branch manager we got into an altercation with 2 years before. Which made us stop eating at Dakota Spur.
The food here is good. But literally every single time I order something for collection, I arrive and my order is wrong. Then I end up waiting for another 20 minutes. If you’re going to accept call orders, you need to make sure the people accepting the orders can hear what I’m saying. Beyond frustrating.
Great Spur, good was good but the service was even better! Thank you Mk for being so attentive and welcoming. You made our visit!Food: 5/5
The waiter that helped us was the sweetest human being and the manager also kept checking up on us and the atmosphere was greatFood: 5/5
