It's been a long time since I've fealt really happy and comfortable at a Spur restaurant . I have visited this specific Spur restaurant now 5 times and I am proud to say that they have won me over ... Their friendly smiling staff are always happy and the food and quantity of food is just perfect .. Just like the story of Goldy locks .. . Well done everyone there .. You have made a customer for life .. Kids .. You've got to see the Learjet play ground ..
I'm only giving it 4 stars because I haven't had a chance of dinning it. I went for a take out and the service was great. The atmosphere looked great. To think I always saw the sign but didn't think it would look this great. I'm looking forward to dining soon. Their food is just delicious Food: 5/5
Great place for kids. Tags on the little ones make you feel more secure about your little one's whereabouts. Sitting outside watching the young ones play is refreshing. Food should come whilst it's still warm. Kid-friendliness: Kids will enjoy, its secure as well.
Went for an early dinner tonight around 6pm with my wife, had a a few beers, and could not eat supper at Spur because I had a late lunch at work ,but I did advise our waiter that I would get take away supper. My wife had a chicken schnitzel and dined in while I had a few drinks. Out waiter was quite hectic, and we'd wait long times for drinks, and have to repeat orders, which we overlooked, coz it might have been busy for him. But when I ordered my supper, which was the wings and ribs combo, with chips, spicy dirky sauce. Anyways, the wings were quite dry, not spicy, no dirky sauce condiment or that other white very nice sauce it would normally come with. So didn't have a great supper, or that much of great service tonight.
Delicious food! Great portions and I asked for a rare steak and it was, will definitely be going there plenty more times. Update the service is slow, the last 2 times there I have been waiting extremely long for assistance and one time it felt like no one wanted to take our table Kid-friendliness: Great and really big play area!
Fantastic, safe and very clean play area for children with caretakers to keep an eye. Parking very safe with competent car guards. Food excellently prepaid and servedFood: 5/5
A great Spur experience. The restaurant is large, with plenty of seating and a huge outdoor children's play area. The staff were super helpful and the food was superb. A fantastic restaurant, will definitely be back Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and plant based options available Kid-friendliness: Very large outdoor play area. They also do kids parties.
Such a great family restaurant. This particular venue has a really amazing outdoor spot for kids. A big aeroplane that they can play on, swings etc. They even have pool tables the other side.
Nice, but no other option for diabetics than white or brown bread. That takes half one's breakfast away and that for a FAMILY restaurant!? As stated above, I phoned head office afterwards. They said it's a fair complaint and that they will take the issue further up. That same week, Lone Wolf Spur phoned me and told me that whenever I come and visit again, I must let them know when I'm there, and they will make sure that they have rye bread or they will go and get, which they did when we arrived. I thanked them for keeping to their promise. This is great service! Many thanks for Lone Wolf Spur and head office for taking my complaint serious.
Been here a couple and I've haven't been disappointed!! Excellent food, friendly service, family-friendly, couples-friendly, etc. It is worth the trip just to eat here.
