Golden Falcon Spur Steak Ranch

Actually spur is my favorite restaurant. The food was delicious n it was my son's birthday so they sang for him and gave him a free delicious ice cream. He was so excited Kid-friendliness: It's so nice that spur has kids playing spot ...it's safe n fun . My kids enjoyed it so much

Loved the play area for the kids. My chicken was underdone, the managerTsepo sorted it out in 2 ticks. And gave me a new piece of chicken. Staff was super friendly. Service and hospitality of manager was great.

On mother's Day I took my mother out to Golden Falcon Spur to celebrate Mother's Day after a disastrous experience I had the last time I was there,I actually swore that I would never set foot there but Nthabeleng won my heart and asked if I could give them a second chance. Despite the fact that it was full the service was super quick and our waitress was Pheelo,what a sweet girl and very professional. Overall I am happy with the treatment we received

We went on a weekday so it was empty, service was great, toilets were spotless and no smell and the food was amazing. Definitely one of the better Spurs I've been to in a while! And we usually only go during the week when they aren't busy so I'm really not judging based on others during a busy period. Kid-friendliness: Even though it was a weekday, they still had a child minder available which was great as our 2 kiddos were with us.

Very nice place to go and eat. My only issue is that it's another Spurs that does not know the difference between a medium rare steak and medium well. But the manager dealt with it. It's is the 3rd spurs in the area that does not know. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access

I had an absolutely great time at this place. The staff was very attentive and the orders came out quick despite the restaurant being full. Good food and excellent service. I would recommend it to anyone that's looking to enjoy a great time, especially birthday people.. The staff will make it memorable.. they have an energy that is contagious . Kid-friendliness: It's a kid friendly restaurant and I loved how they give you wristbands where you can write the child's details and your contact numbers. Very few spur franchises still do this. They also do face painting for the kids which I think is absolutely great as it adds to the whole Spur experience. There is also someone in the play area to monitor kids at all times as well as cameras and monitors for parents to keep an eye on their child while dining in. Parking: Gold reef is a very busy place so finding parking will be a bit of a challenge since it's always packed. It is, however, a beautiful place that offers free and safe parking with guards. Wheelchair accessibility: This centre as well as the restaurant are easily accessible with a wheelchair.

Definitely one of the best Spurs in Gauteng! Fast and friendly service and they really go out of their way to celebrate special events. Extra thank you to Sbu and Patty for making an extra effort to see to us!

Good, quick and friendly service. Anele 2 was our waitress and she's great with teenagers. She's young and energetic, they thoroughly enjoyed her bubbly personality. The food was delicious and dessert was great.

Very busy but waitrons handle it very well. Happy with the quality and quantity of food. Lovely ambience and we always walk away full and satisfied
