What a gem we found. An absolutely beautiful setting on the top of the "mountain". It felt like we were somewhere else, away from the rush and stress of everyday life. We got to enjoy AMAZING food in such a beautiful, peaceful setting. Their pizza is truly some of the best I have ever eaten. The service is really great and waiters super friendly. Love this place! Definitely recommend them!
Easily accessible but be ready to drive on steeps. Free wifi available. Parking is always full, but you will be able to find one after all. There is security at the boom gate. Food presentation is 9/10. The food itself is 8/10 only because people won't believe me when I say its 10/10. Waitresses are so friendly. You will leave the place full and satisfied. Bathrooms are clean and well kept. For those that do not drink, expect to pay R30 +for non alcoholic drinks. For those that do drink, expect to pay R50 or so for drafts. Bottle of wine ranges from R290 or so. Glass of wine ranges from R70 +. Cocktails from R85 or so if not mistaken. Their burgers are huge, steaks are well prepared. Their battered hake is to die for, desserts are also huge in portion, so overall it is value for money. Remember to take pics under the umbrellas near the reception. Wheelchair accessibility =Yes For the ladies there is an intimate spa at the far back of the garden where there are pink umbrellas. Parking: Go there on time, parking is always full. Literal 5 star experience. Absolute beautiful garden setting if you are sitting outside. The food absolutely good. The service 100%. Ambience 100%. Will definitely be going back
The look and feel of the place is really nice, don't know if it was because of the rainy sunday but service was not the best. No indication was given that it was breakfast only before a sertain time. Aparantly breakfast pizza is available for breakfast if you want pizza but its not on the menu. Luckely after asking we could order pizza. It was great. Wood fired and thin base! They have alot of specials that can be seen on their website. All in all it was not bad,maybe on a next visit the service will be better
Great lunch spot. Service was a bit slow and the food took forever to prepare, they even gave us free cranberry juice as an apology. Generally positive experience and I’d go back.
Very tasty prawn pasta. And mind you, there were six big, tasty prawns in there not the little bland frozen one’s you buy in a bag! At R190, the portion size and taste was completely worth it.
WOW! This has to be one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Good food, vibe and service from the waiters. Got served by Courtous and he was amazing! It was definitely worth it, and I highly recommend it.

Tied the knot here in 1995, gardens still looking awesome and so does the restaurant! Attended a corporate event with a buffet lunch. Great setting and will definitely try out the menu Food: 4/5
On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities at the restaurant. There is accommodation, conference facilities, a chapel and beautiful gardens with the restaurant. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the restaurant was not well attended due to the Covid pandemic. But do not be misled, fantastic food and 5 star presentation makes this a venue we would definitely like to revisit in the future.
