Diep River Police Station

Police officers in the Community Service Centre at Diepriver Police Station act professionally and friendly whenever they have to stamp my paperwork and help me to register criminal cases. I am extremely happy with all the public servants police & administrative servants who serve at this station and will not hesitate to refer any of my family and friends to them.

USELESS!!!!!!!!!Call them for help and they say they are too busy to assist!!!!!!This is what our taxes pay for......it is every man for himself in SA!!!!!!! Don't phone them if people are breaking into cars and you are watching them do it....coz they are too busy certifying documents

Staff are always friendly, efficient and professional. I feel safe going into the station and trust the staff to assist and advise and they have never let me down. They are all willing to go the extra mile. I have dealt with a different person each time and have received consistently excellent service.

the lady constable that assist me were very kind and helpful. she actually went out of her way to assist me as i was sorting out a blind man's problem. instead of me taking the man into the station she came out to him and assisted him outside by my car as it would've been a struggle for me alone to remove the man from the car to take him into the station.....much appreciated....may all you guys at diep river station keep up the good work and make your community proud....MAY GOD PROTECT ALL

I be been going to this SAP station whenever the need arises. Today while waiting for a affidavit a homeless guy came in whi had just been bitten by a snake. I was so impressed how these policemen speedily dealt with his case within seconds they were speaking to the proper authorities and had him in a van on way to hospital. Fantastic

Trying to report a robbery, only to be told that only one of us husband and wife can do the report, even though we're helping one another remember stolen items. Dumb goes a long way to describe it...

Last night our 92 year old father was missing and we had no idea what to do after we did oir own searches. We reported him missing and the Diep River Police were so supportive and sent out the report to all agencies concerned. Our story had a confusing and positive outcome. Dad was found but completely off the usual beaten track. Muizenberg police found him walking in Hillview after 00h00 in the morning and he was returned home by about 01h00. Diep River Police were fully engaged in our search and distress and guided us through what was needed. An experience never to be repeated and one I would not want to see any other person in but thank God for the dedicated staff at Diep River and an great extended thank you to Muizenberg police as well.

Only been there to have affidavits signed. However did strike up conversation with one of the officers regarding the firearms control act and firearms. Was treated very professionally and staff were very polite.

I reported vandalism of a atm. I drove back to the petrol station my my arrival. The police arrived in a flash. Thank you for caring about people and your unprofessionalism. My heros men in blue. Keep safe

I expected better from diep river. But it would seem they are about as useful as any other southafrican gov dept. Where is the 0 star option!
