Eldo Coaches

The service of this company has gone to the dogs. They hire scrappy buses without notifying passengers. This isn't even an Aldo Coach. They are always late, always. All they care for is your money and nothing else. I've never been so cold in bus trip. Just pay the extra money and book Intercape or Greyhound.

@eldo coach The worst bus service ever, can't believe I waisted money on the trip, first the bus was delayed for over 2h the they didn't even bother to update us, second the bus broke down in the middle of the road which meant we had to spend an hour next to the road, not to mention that the bus it self was in poor condition the toilet smelled and apparently it was blocked, I do not recommend this service for long distance. Your complain will never be answered SA government please do us a favor and shut it down because clearly I'm not the only one

Terrible experience. Over two hours late arrival Jhb to Durban and on the way back departure delayed by an hour and then one hour in the bus broke, drivers could not care less, nobody from Aldo cared to make arrangements and the call centre stoped answering their phone. Sat on the road in Pietermaritzburg for more than five hours, mechanic came and went and only then another bus was phoned to come get passengers......pathetic.

Is it possible to give NO stars? PATHETIC service!!! Bus is 3 hours late, workers have no clue where it is, no communication. Rude to the customers. Place is bloody abysmal. DO BETTER!

Not happy with the service. I booked a bus from PTA to DBN only to be dropped off outside JHB parkstation to catch another bus no one was informed about this which was also late and not in a good condition.

Eldo Coaches Johannesburg To whom it may concern. I am currently traveling to Durban through Eldo Coaches. Ticket number ACLH8801 First of all the bus was 1 hour late for departure from Johannesburg Park Station! I Booked a "Luxury" ticket and I say Luxury with VERY little enthusiam! The amenities promised are non existant! There is no DVD player, no Television, the light switches and light itself doesn't work, the fan/AC doesn't work, the USB charger port DOES NOT WORK!! The driver has been driving extremely slow making us a whole hour and a half later on top of the hour late departure and is blasting the most horrific music at what seems full volume!! I am Literally DISGUSTED at the conditions we have had to travel in this hot box with no Air Conditioning and the pace we have been traveling at for the last 8 hours I wouldn't recommend Eldo Coaches to absolutely ANYONE after this trip! Nobody should have to suffer through these conditions not to mention all the LIES about their amenities! I am going to to post every single detail about my experience on Google reviews to make sure no has to suffer through this again!

Your service is extremely bad i will never use this bus ever again you can not tell us you guys are delaying with more than two hours this is totally unacceptable

Will never ever ever book lama Simba e Bus , Departure was 21:00 it 22:00 now no one explain what's happening is the bus coming or what

My departure was meant to be 11:00 but I ended up leaving at 12:43. The bus got stuck in Harrismith due to overheating. Only got to Durban the next day

They seem quite organised. I have received SMS's from them when the bus is running late or is needing to be cancelled. So they do keep the client informed as to their travel plans.
