Running short of Deseal, breaking of busses non appearances of busses during their allocated times specifically for pensioners cause uneasiness

No service at all in Ntuzuma G in the morning we walk to main road every morning and its now irritating now because we buy Muvo for nothing

Don't have much to say about the depo but some drivers from this depo need training on customer service, they make you feel like they are doing you a favour for doing their job while there are drivers who do an exceptional job. We could really do with more muvo trucks in the area and drivers should really stick to their routes especially in brickfield. Passengers will be stranded for hours because drivers are using the short cuts in stead of the correct routes. Hope the review will be taken into account, the buses are really helpful and convenient

Yesterday, the driver shouted a Granny and "Come quickly why are you walking slowly". I didn't like it.

There are drivers who are very rude especially the elderly ones,I am a night commuter since I work at a restaurant I would take a bus at night,they would be rude to us when we pay by 50 rands or more saying that where do we think they are gonna get change from and at times they would tell us to jump off their bus if we don't have the exact amounts.Another thing they would drive on a very high speed when we complain the speed will rise higher like they are secretly telling us they own the bus and our lives so who are we to tell them to slow down

I would like to tankx to the driver from Ntuzuma to King Edward they did well their job ,they are on time and friendly treat nice the passangers,thank you so much plse be like that

Tonight a bus driver of bus number 10420 route 7643 driver Mlongo failed to drop me off in my bus stop in Ntuzuma c and went straight to the Depot without completing the bus route and I got mugged as a result of that lost my phone money and laptop. Driver was Mhlongo and gave me a wrong ticket which was used by some else I paid R7,50 and received a slip for R9.00. Ticket serial numbers is 61194093. I want to get to the bottom of this.

I live there and I take these buses every day, I buy my monthly Muvo ticket /trips but the bus are unreliable, one week they are available and the next they're not, the drivers are rude and don't care most of the time, only a few drivers that actually care about us
