This casino is great, it isn’t the biggest but it does have a few different areas of entertainment as well as food.  I love the scenery of the place, it definitely reminds me of Monte Casino in JHB, just on a smaller scale.  The ice rink is also pretty awesome, and the arcade is alright, although sometimes the lines can get extremely long.  Great for entertaining for a few hours.

Had a wonderful time but that was because of who I'm with and not necessarily the place or service. It was super fun and the place definitely needs no introduction. It's superb and there definitely are things you can do here that you can't do at other places in and around the Cape. Perfectly situated as well. Just need some uplifting and direction for future generations.

Fun for everyone under one roof... games for the kids, restaurants and of course the live shows thats been offered... and don't forget the casino life and night life at Hanover! I had a great evening out with my girl friends...

Had no idea what to do with the kids,so we took them to Grand west casino for some bowling and arcade gaming. And wow what an enjoyable afternoon we had. Highly recommended and so much fun.

Grand west casino is one of the best places you would want to go. Really amazing and have numerous of things u would do that will entertain you and you partner. The best part is the ice skating

What a place to visit. An absolute wonderful experience. More than enough to see, do and eat. A must go and experience it for yourself, ample parking and also affordable.

The place has tons of activities to do. There: ice skating , bowling , laser tag, an arcade, cinema and tons of shops and restaurants. I would recommend going bowling especially if you are with a group of friends. You can rent out shoes or opt to go shoeless. The prices also aren’t too expensive.

This entertainment world sure is living its best life and living up to its name. Even the name sounds fancy. First time I walked into the room was magical. It no longer felt like I was in a country, rather transported to a new dimension. I know y'all think I’m exaggerating, however this was how my experience went. Let’s remember this was my first time exploring Cape Town outside of the airport. Every detail of the place mesmerised me. The ceiling decor, the lighting, the atmosphere, the eateries. It is a convenient eatery hotspot not located far from hotel accommodation, namely Grand Hotel and City Lodge. Eateries vary from KFC to Marcel's Froyo to Nando's. Not far from Nando's is a sky replica with gorgeous colours. Glossy posters advertising events are on display. Great music playlist choice. After visiting, I know why it’s a popular attraction. It's as fancy as it sounds. You’re in for a grand time. If you’re familiar with the Grove Mall Windhoek, Namibia, the best way I can describe GrandWest Entertainment World to you is: picture Grove with only the eateries, then add a casino and arena inside and set up accommodation nearby. That’s the GrandWest Casino and Entertainment World.

Had my friend's baby shower at Quarterdeck. The staff friendly and helpful. The service was great. We had a lovely afternoon.

Great if you are the gambling type, works well if you are into ice skating and perhaps tenpin bowling and even better if live shows are your thing! Other than that, it's pretty average with nothing much to do, the food court is good and has a few options available, secure parking makes it easier with security everywhere The place is clean and well maintained ... nothing much other than the above!
