We did an event  team building with art from Mural Maniac in one of the Stunning Conference rooms. My goodness, what an absolute treat. Tea and warm scons,  later on: drinks, fresh pastries, and 12:30 a 5 lunch! Kind helpful staff. Never  a no, always Yes and absolutely. I'm so impressed.  They have definitely stepped up!

Watched the Joe Barber Family Reunion Concert such a great experience. The Grand Arena is probably one of the best designed venues with ample seating, comfortable seats and a great sound and visual atmosphere. 5 stars plus+++!

Great space, comfortable seating, the rows are a bit narrow, so everyone needs to stand if you need to go to the bathroom or get a drink, but that's pretty normal for venue space, so I don't see that as a negative. It's well designed and the layout allows you to easily find your block and seat. Overall very happy

Fab facility for concerts! First time visit to see UB40 and it was fab. System of entry was great... go to you door ... staff await to scan your bar code/ticket and then you receive you wrist band for entry.  Great facilities for snacks and drinks.  Great evening!

Grand West is a great intimate venue for experiencing live international concerts... Not too large so it's intimate and close enough to the stage, but still big enough for a big concert atmosphere. Though getting into the venue can be a nightmare,.. Expect long queues everywhere - inadequate number of food venues inside, long queues to pay for parking because for some reason Grand West doesn't have Zapper tor snapscan QR codes on their tickets to pay for parking stupid this, long queues to leave the venue, expect lengthy delays to leave the parking lot. Other than that the venue is fine but could be improved with better event planning, and better event management

Did the Kip Moore Show think the golden circle was a bit over sold and would buy the cheaper seated tickets next time way more convenient. Other than the drinks being wY overpriced rather pre-game drink by the restaurants, it's cheaper. The shots they sold were hot. NO one likes a warm Jager. Ladies' room kept running out of toilet paper, meaning the misses were not happy and a few had to drip dry, I guess .... they need more staff as the service at the food and drink vendors were sloooooow at best. Cleaning was left on the way side. Non show nights in general, it's nice to go blow of some steam kids do the games dads go have a beer or two plays a game of jack and so on there is something for everyone not fantastic but I nice venue all all just to get out.

Backstreet boys performed there and the arena made it feel so much better/vibrant than an open arena/stadium . Loved every bit of it. Also more than enough food places inside to keep you fueled up.

Wow...this venue is the best...cosy intermite & has it all....seating is amazing, even standing is fine up close & personal to the stage...sound is great as well as lighting...the access is easy... definitely beats outdoor concerts...
