You don’t deserve any stars. Had an appointment confirmed for my sons driver test. Drove all the way from Gauteng departed at 5:30 am ONLY TO ARRIVE TO A LOCKED BUILDING AND TOLD TO LEAVE BECAUSE OF YOUR CHRISTMAS PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DISGUSTING. NO PHONE CALL TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE. Message was sent after leaving which doesn’t help anyone. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

This is the worst place ever. There is this one lady where you should pay for your learners test she was so rude and disgusting. She had no emotion. If you dont want to work there then dont but dont put other people's day off because you are a sad person that does not enjoy life. Worst experience ever she should not work there. Shouts at people, doesn't handle them with respect!!! I feel sorry for the people going there and being assisted by HER.!!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE HER A 0 STAR I WOULD

Well maintained government office. The best one I've been to so far. Even the toilets are clean and the staff are helpful and pleasant

We have now driven all the way to Heidelberg 5 times so far to do our licenses. What a joy!!! Great service, friendly people, safe parking across the road. I cant recommend them enough. Compared to the other driver's license experiences we've had across Gauteng, we will forever be driving to Heidelberg for sure. WELL DONE TEAM!!!!

Fast, friendly and helpful service. Their system that they use seems to be working very well. Pleasantly surprised. I recommend Heidelberg License office.

I am so thankful for the service I got. I went today with my 3months old baby & I was treated like a VIP. They all were so considering that I was carrying a small baby and they didn't make me to join their long ques. From the Lady at the door, the eye test lady and the lady at the cashier, all 3 of them had Ubuntu to serve me with speed. While I was being serviced I noticed even though there were long ques but, it was moving. Keep it up, i would definitely recommend and won't mind coming back again. Thank you

Spent about 2 hours at the licence office for drivers licence renewal. Staff followed booking slots. They helped a couple late comers that created a bit of a delay. Be prepared when going to renew your licence. Make sure to have your booking confirmation, completed application, copy of drivers licence and ID, at least 2 ID photos and eye test from optometrist optional as they have eye test equipment on site Paid R228 and licence will apparently be ready in 4 weeks

Efficient service at its best, booked online got there 15 minutes earlier my forms were processed as there was no one in the queue, all in all it took 26 minutes

Absolutely pathetic. Book an appointment online and get chased away and told, "shame we are closed come back in January" then completely ignored

Quick and very easy, great assistance as well. You make your booking online and arrive on time with all the requirements including photos. You hardly spend an hour
