0 stars. Last night 14 may 2022, I had an accident on the n3. Was traveling from durban to jhb. Needed to get an AR number and went to this station. White supervisor ignored us and nobody bothered to help us. They just left us to wait. I had my mother and granny with me who I needed to take to get checked up, so I left without getting the number. If u not from the area and if u an indian, don't bother going here. There are still many Racist around. Thanks to Jan, the tow truck guys that helped me out.
The car we we traveling in burst a tire on Friday 25 September 2020 at ±13:00 on the N3 near Heidelberg. Despite the fact that we are thankful for not getting hurt a Metro Police officer stopped at the scene. He was friendly and kind and helped us to change the tire. So often we complain about service in South Africa. I'm just sorry I did not get his name, because I would have written this review to his station commander. Thank you for being an angel in our time of need.
We had an accident last year september with my family at N3 between grootvlei en villers the guys who coz the accident were drunk taken to hospital to run test knw its nearly end of february we were never contacted can anyone explain to us how do u normally deal with case like this i hv got many questions.....
Small police station but neat and the police are very very helpful and pleasant people I rate them five stars, this was not my first visit to the station each time was very pleasant!!
