There is so many good lady's and gentlemen, but there is 2 gentlemen and a lady that have no manners whatsoever and be so rude to there clients, they don't like white people they said and that for me is racist! There was one beautiful lady, Queenie she helped me quick and talked so nicely to me, thank you Queenie, I appreciate it and hope that the other people can learn by you. Much appreciated xxx
The local municipality is very priviledged to have Mpumi, acting manager, at the licence department. She is a gem. Professional, efficient and competent. She resolved my issue when I arrived to collect my driver's licence in a jiffy! Mr, Mayor and managers of Lesedi Municipality you have a brilliant asset in the person of this lady. Why is she only acting? She should be promoted immediatly. Thank you Mpumi for doing what is right and not what is easy. I wish you well!!
This is THE WORST municipality you can ever come across with- Their working hours stipulates from 8-4pm, they close doors at 1345pm. You always wait in long lines outside and majority of the staff are plain rude & no sense of customer service whatsoever!! Avoid this place as far as you can!
You really have to go in circles to get some service. Some staff are as confused as ever! Some have a problem with spelling. I hope I never have to visit anytime soon.
Not easily identifiable, minimum parking. Good service
