I’m a firm believer in having my cars serviced by the brand dealer network. I bought my car from Hyundai Bryanston and have had it serviced and looked after by them since day one. The DP, Johnny Janse Van Rensburg is a man who keeps to his word and a nice guy to boot. The staff are always genuinely happy to see you, they do what they say they will and always keep me in the loop as to what is happening and when. If there’s one gripe I have it’s at the vehicle, not the dealer. Too many little, some repeat, gremlins that have required repeat trips, and often long periods of no car, that just shouldn’t happen in todays day and age. Thanks Hyundai Bryanston you guys rock

When you visit a Northerns suburb dealer you would expect class and superb service. But none of this was true! Interested in a new car we were immediately offered a R12 500 assist deal. In words it all sounded fantastic. On paper things became dissapointing and the salesman Chris should have realized that clients can also work out finance deals. Leaving a huge R12 500 question that could not be explained away. That ugly monster kept coming up. Secrecy in the finance office also exposed many questions. They offer the highest interest rate possible to the client. Guess why the deal was not concluded? Expertise was not on hand. The sales manager was no where to be seen. No management available to fight for the sale of a new vehicle. The client is left on his own not getting answers. Product knowledge was seriously questionable. Bear in mind some clients do their home work before entering a vehicle dealership and some are well versed in calculating finance deals. With a 42% deposit in cash the finance lady will strive to get the highest interest rate for a straight A client. Unbelievable! The pink fans on the desks of the sales staff reminds you of a struggling business. There is not even wifi. Coffee was offered but had to be carried by the sales person. Quess what? We went straight to Hyundai Boksburg, were greeted by professional staff, coffee brought to you by someone appointed for that and a skilled sales manager was called to assist. A highly professional finance lady went out of her way to get the deal best suited for the client. This took half an hour. Braynston took almost 2 days!! No secrets or surprises!!! The R12 500 assist deal was visible and made sense. Quess what? The deal was signed. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THE BRAYNSTON BRANCH AT ALL. GO AND VISIT YOUR BOKSBURG BRANCH AND NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE!!!

I called to get a quote on the key fob, person who received my call said they are transferring me, then the call cut, when I called back I was put on hold for a long time.
Fast efficient service, just dropped in for wiper blades and was fixed immediately.
The Hyundai Bryanston sales team is excellent. They have been very helpful all the way. Tsitsi Ramokoni more than made up for the poor service received at a different Hyundai dealership, and ensured that I remain with the brand. She negotiated a great deal for me, and I can recommend her and that whole branch wholeheartedly. They even assisted with the expired disk of my own trade-in Hyundai.
