My favourite dealership of all time. My car was 'born' there and it's been 10 years since, and I still take it there for everything. Wonderful people who go to great lengths to help you out. I cannot recommend them enough. Certainly the best Renault dealership in SA.
The service department very kindly assisted me with a small issue this morning. Tyron was friendly and kept me informed and the driver was polite and made great conversation. The branch was clean and all covid 19 safety precautions were followed.
To the point : I bought an Xtrail from them, gave me wrong service book, after few months the gearbox gave up, Nissan couldn't fix because the service book wasn't for the car. Renault Bryanston couldn't provide the correct one, furthermore, the car had no service history as they advertised... They had me pay the bank for a year for a car that is not moving over 5K per month , I had to involve lawyers and spend more on them, before this dealer could accept to take back the car. They made sure I reduce the amount they normally had to pay the back to the bank. To this day, they normally owe me the full amount I paid the bank while the car was broken due to their secret kept while selling it fake service book and false advertisement on service history of the car . My worst experience with this dealership.

After servicing my vehicle with Renault for 10 years...this last major service was the best customer service I have ever experienced.
I was asked to bring my car for its service between 7 - 8.30am, I actually arrived before 7am and was attended to immediately, by Kidi then at service desk by Claire! Got a cheerful greeting from the ever happy Rodney. Claire kept me updated, and informed me when my car was ready...she definitely does offer excellent communication and service.
Reception was great as well as service. Thanks for your service On time Car washed clean excellent All round, I will give you 6 Communication and feedback done Updates on time Keep it up.
I had the best experience with the people at this branch everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with were outstanding and assisted me with every single thing I need. A special mention for the sales agent, Lance. What a great guy. He would be an asset to anyone. Please take care of him!! Thanks for the outstanding service once again. I really appreciate it and i will definitely recommend you guys to people I know!!
