While waiting on the queque my daughter had an upset stomach and vomited. I asked one the cashiers to help she said NO i must mop the floor myself. I don't mind because its my daughter but everyone was surprised. While shopping started asking people from other shops if they make their customers mop the floor and the answer was Nope. So much for customer service

Range is extensive, however ghe store is impossible to move around in. Hangers are not in a straight row and so pushing a trolley is tedious through the store. Also, one cashier on a busy Sunday afternoon is disappointing.

Got what I needed without any hassle. The staff was quite friendly and assisted me with a smile.

Till cashiers not enough. Been in the queue for more than 25 minutes. Service very poor, no staff on the floor for assistance..

Super amazing my lady couldn't find her size or the boys size which was both on mannequins ,so the staff undressed the mannequins. She was over the moon and she couldn't believe that we got it.so thank you to the most amazing staff and management of Jet Sandton.

The music is too loud. Cannot have a conversation with the customer service staff

Staff are all great. Just a pity there wasn't stock of a second pair of the denims I bought.

PATHETIC SERVICE Stood in a long que as always and when I finally got to the teller she tells me they offline and I will not be able to pay with my card. Not one person had the decency to let the customers know that they offline, client satisfaction clearly means nothing at this branch.

We did a credit app for an account. It took very long, we had to provide all details and months later found out it wasn't submitted according ot another Jet. The staff needs to explain in more clarity how these things work or how to follow up on it

They never answer their phone but when you go in store you find them next to the phone
