Tammi started out as a professional ballet dancer. Her passion for natural health and a strong desire to help people lead her to change direction and she has spent the last 15 years furthering her studies in several complementary health disciplines.
In 2006 Tammi qualified as a Pilates instructor and after working in Cape Town for some time, relocated to Dublin, Ireland where she established a very successful Pilates practice, assisting a broad range of clients, from those new to exercise to those recovering from surgery or injury, to elite athletes. She also assisted many lovely ladies through their pregnancies and post-natal recovery.
2012 sees Tammi back in Cape Town, looking forward to helping Capetonians achieve their optimum health and wellbeing. She feels strongly that her background as a dancer and her medical training (she is also a Dr of Phytotherapy-herbal medicine) gives her a unique depth and perspective to her Pilates teaching.
