Unraveled Yoga

One of the best studios I’ve been to during my travels! Clean, organized, and professional. The flow classes are my favorite and they have free community flow classes if you want to try out the studio before committing. I’m living in CPT for June and know we’ll be having a bit of rain so it’s a perfect release during the wet weather. I tried the yin and it’s not my thing I think that’s regardless of the studio, I just like to feel the sweat and challenge of vinyasa. It was relaxing nonetheless and I would maybe try it again if I needed some zen. Bought a month and joined the June challenge so looking forward to working it in my month here! Maya and Courtney are fab flow teachers and I can’t wait to try more!

Amazing studio, I simply love this place. It’s super clean and neat, the teachers are very friendly and welcoming. They teach creative flow, so depending which class you go to you can definitely work up a sweat.

I travelled to Cape Town on a one week business trip and found myself in this awesome place doing some yoga stuff that I had never done before and didn't know I could do. I am a complete Yoga novice, with little co-ordination and next to no grace, however, Maya and her team welcomed me with a smile & patience which allowed me to discover the beauty of Yoga. The facilities in Unraveled Yoga are clean, modern and the place has a lovely, open feel to it. People are welcoming, friendly and most importantly, helpful. Thanks Maya for helping me on my journey to discover "My practice" and inspiration to find "My flow". I hope to be back soon. Rhys

Unraveled Yoga is a little slice of heaven in the bustling City Center. Its central location, beautiful minimalist decor, fair prices, and unconditionally friendly staff make it an unbeatable studio! Perfect for all yoga levels. Highly recommend!

A very vibrant inner-city vinyasa studio with a great collection of young and creative teachers. Maya and Jo are both excellent teachers to check out! Clean and neat facilities for showering and getting ready to face the world after. Sunday 9am is a 75 minute class which is playful and challenging.

Brand new Yoga studio in Cape Town with some of the best international teachers around. 2 Studios, bathrooms M/F, off and on street parking surrounding.

The most beautiful studio, such warm and welcoming staff and teachers. And the mascot dog, Huckleberry, might be the best thing about it all.

Gorgeous studio and great flow - we dropped in for a session while on holidays and were very impressed by this place. Totally recommend it!
