I tried them out because they were open on a public holiday. They are very professional and caring to the animals and people. Unfortunately I ended up having to have my dog put down and I was blown away by how well they handled the process!

Our dog urgently needed help. We got there in operating hours and then they told us we should have made an appointment There were no other dogs in the waiting room. Absolutely disappointing. How should I know when my dog ​​urgently needs help and only then make an appointment. Would not recommend this vet.

Very disappointed. My Scottie suffered from lion's jaw . They couldn't diagnose it and for a year I paid medical bills which I couldn't afford. I did my own research and matched it to the symptoms. Then I had to use anti-inflammatory medication until she outgrew it. What a long year of suffering and medical bills up to my ears. So unnecessary and disappointing

Their service is awesome. Dr Vanessa went out of her way to make sure my dog was well taken care of. She even called me after a few days to hear how my dog was doing.

Had a emergency with out tea cup dog and they went out of their way to get her healthy 3 times. There staff are so friendly and knew exactly who we are and always asks how bailey is doing. Dr did weekly check ups to see how she is doing after her treatment, if it weren't for them our Bailey would not have been with us today
