This Big 5, 4 Star multi-award winning lodge is located in the secluded hills of the 54 000 acre Manyoni Private Game Reserve. Well appointed stone and thatch chalets offer spectacular views, peace and tranquility. Relax in your hammock or private unheated plunge pool. Dine under the stars with tantalising cuisine prepared by our sought after chef, complimented with wine from our unique multi-award winning cellar.

Join our rangers on Big 5 game drives and the midday Waterhole Lookout Activity watching an array of animals come down to drink. Encounter the African bushveld and Big 5 animals on foot guided by our qualified guides.

The Leopard mountain Lodge exceeded all expectations. The staff is incredible- top tier customer service, the food and drinks are to die for their homemade ice tea is addictive, and the safari rides are "once in a lifetime" type of experience. We had Sean as our game driver and his knowledge and passion for the game reserve was infectious. We had such a blast with him! We saw all the animals we were hoping for and so much more. If you are looking for the luxury experience in the bush this is it!
Exceptional, warm service at this lodge. From the moment you arrive, you are treated and served like royalty. Its not the cheapest but definitely money well spent. We got to see 4 of the big 5 on safari here. The accommodation is world class. Comfortable, spacious and clean. The views from this location are stunning. I had breakfast and teas in my room on the deck. The pictures say it all. The bonus is the fantastic meal service. Great menus and really well prepared and served. A huge surprise was the cheesecake, baked in house. This is definitely my best cheesecake in South Africa, very simple baked New York style, served with just a little cream. The texture and flavours were on point. On departure I even ordered some to take home with me. I definitely need to go back here.
An amazingly beautiful relaxing resort right on our doorstep in KZN...a memorable experience right from the moment your drive in. Warm friendly staff that will go the extra mile to provide best service. Neat and clean with scrumptious meals. Alex and Bandile were the best for the game drives. Unforgettable days. 5* The experience is exclusive since it is a small lodge with exquisite service. The service of all the staff is exceptional. The game rides are wonderful thanks to Alex, the guide, he is nice, funny, respectful and knows everything about animals, plants and birds of the reserve. I saw all the animals I wanted to see and I learnt a lot. There is such a good atmosphere in the lodge that if you want to socialize it is very pleasant. But if you want privacy you can also enjoy complete privacy. Plenty of delightful food. A wonderful experience!! thanks to all the staff and especially to Alex

The lodge keeps its promise. Our ranger, Jian, looked after us perfectly during our stay. You can really tell that she loves her job and that it is important to her how the wildlife and birds are doing. Thank you! The food was excellent as well as the cleanliness of the facility excellent. The view and the silence was breathtaking.
Beautiful two night stay at Leopard Mountain Lodge. The rooms are perfect for a couple, with quality features and details throughout. Very welcoming and happy staff made the experience feel extra special. The food was fantastic with a wide variety of choices for evening dinner. The game drives with Graham were extremely personalised, his depth of knowledge was very impressive. We look forward to returning!
