Nongoma Inn

Sorely disappointed by this place as I've heard good things about it. I had a request upon check in & the receptionist didn't even pass it on to the manager or leave a handover about it as promised. She just deemed it unimportant which is terrible service. To then be met with a mouldy bathroom, with hair in the basin & a toilet that barely works, just made the experience even worse. The rooms are not being maintained nor is the housekeeping being inspected before allowing new guests into the room. Honestly a horrible experience. They need to do better as a 3 star establishment Food & drinks: The food was decent

There is a very nice, green yars. The rooms are okay, but not that modern. The beds are very small and the light could be better. Also, the bathroom is not great. The breakfast is ok, buffet. The wifi is no good at all, you can not use it too much.

This is my go-to place when I work in Nongoma. They accept day guests for meals, and their breakfast never disappoints. It's a real spread that supercedes most hotels in the cities. Thank you so much for being such welcoming hosts. Nongoma town can be very congested, and the location of this Inn is just before the congestion, so it's easy to go in and out.

Their rooms need upgrades now, things are broken, the bathrooms need to be upgrsded as well most rooms have no bare fridges. Their food is just not the same as the 2019 food that was hearty and tasty. The place has chsnged nje in a bad way.Rooms: 2/5

Was there for 2 nights on a work trip. Wonderful place! Professional, polite, considerate staff. Delicious food. Comfortable, warm, clean, beds. Truly a gem in Nongoma. Would definately go back. Thank you Nongoma Inn!Rooms: 5/5
