The place looks good. But the restaurant staff some of them are horrible, moody and ignorant. We waited an hour after ordering dinner. The rooms look good at first glance but small details like shower heads and door knows were loose and had nasty growth on them. Inconvenient that I have to walk with my clothes to the reception area to do my ironing but in the morning someone else got the equipment delivered to them, how??? The venue is located in the city centre but they manage to filter out the noise with the help of trees fortunately. The have the loudest generator on the planet. Do not check into rooms 1-11 if there's going to be load shedding! Overall, the place looks good, but upon closer inspection, a lot of improvement can be made

It is a very beautiful place. I love their restaurant and bar but I am giving it a 3 star rating because of the horrible service from the restaurant stuff.

We stopped for lunch at this hidden gem. It was an oasis of cool tranquility in the hot summer humidity of Pongola. Although technically not a pet-friendly venue, they allowed us to walk our small dogs on a leash in their beautiful shady gardens. The food was excellent, and prices very reasonable indeed. Our short visit was an unexpected pleasure!

Such a very beautiful place, nice and kind stuff.... Clean bedrooms, fresh linen atleast, nice food beautiful garden some soft music in the morning.... Sooo amazing. But the bathrooms are really disappointing, it's like they are neglected or skipped when they cleanRooms: 5/5
