We are unique in that we are the only 5 star lodge in South Africa to offer, Kariba like, water based safari activities (Motorized and canoeing). We are also offer a superb Black Rhino tracking experience with an excellent chance of viewing Black Rhino on foot. These experiences combined with the “Elephanting” or Elephant research safari activities and the chance to catch a Tiger fish or two, make us a very unique South African Safari offering. You can also do the more conventional safari activities like game drives and bush walks. Birding possibilities are sublime and we even have a 'secret hide' close to Safari Lodge offering the perfect setting for photographers and birders.

The White Elephant Safaris Research Camp in the heart of the reserve has evolved into a ‘camping village’ to cater for school and student groups wishing to focus on nature conservation, research, education and training."
