Lions Head parking lot

Best location to hike, nice easy trails and to see the sunset either at the top of Lion's Head or Signal. Preferably during the week when it less crowded, although during the sunset time people will start to come in, but if you arrive an hour early you will get to pick the best spot.

Nice hike. Great views. This parking area is just the side of the road. However it is less crowded than the prior parking area. This route also seems shorter though probably more uphill. Would recommend proper hiking boots as there are a lot rocks in the path as well as a lot of rock scrambling involved. However saw a lot of people wearing all kinds of shoes. The non chain route is longer and requires a lot of rock scrambling. Regardless of route, there are two metal ladders in the route.

Awesome hike. 80 minutes up. 65 minutes down. Phenomenon view!

1st hike ever and I loved it

At the top of Lions Head with my Boyz. Awesome hike. What made it even better was the awesome slushies waiting at the bottom. Amazing experience.

What an amazing place to visit. Not an easy hike by all means though!
