Katanga Executive Valet Parking Services

Good location and friendly staff only spoilt by a very poor and therefore most expensive car wash I have ever done. My dash had been wiped with a dirty cloth leaving a dusty residue over my dash. My leather seats had dusty shoe marks obviously when someone tried to maneuver with the vacuum cleaner through the car. Outside of the car was mostly clean with dirty spots and bugs still apparent through a non-thorough clean. Will try other Valet Parking services as there are multiple available at this airport.

Utterly pathetic parking service. Double the rate stated on the sign; accosted by a random man once you’ve parked demanding you hand over your parking ticket, who is not even wearing a uniform this system is ridiculously easy for scammers to abuse; the most disinterested and slow cashiers at the payment booth; and to top it all off, not one of their card machines worked, meaning I had to hike all the way back to the airport, right to the furthest corner on Level 3 to withdraw money. There is literally no way for them to verify the time you arrived at the airport, or that you even own the car you have a ticket for as the random man takes your ticket as you arrive. If I could give a zero for this system, company, and it’s staff, I would.

It took 30 minutes to find a pay station that was working. They charged double the rate that was stated on the website of cape town international airport. The machine at the exit was also broken. Overall terrible service and no transparency towards customers who want to plan their expenses beforehand. Wish I could give them zero stars. Absolute ripoff, service level absolutely unacceptable.

Nothing more annoying after leaving your car there and returning after 4 days that tue csr is not washed. On the booking form I requested a valet. Got to my car and my car is in a worse state than when I dropped it off. Then the excuse "We don't wash cars anymore because of Covid-19" Funny thing is.. All the other cars are clean except mine. They will not see me again.

Had to pay R113 after taking just over an hour. Parking lot was completely empty. P1- is R50 and P1 pickup is R113 1-2hours. No clear differentiation between them, thought I was in P1 as signs showed, though expensive was ready to pay R50. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY, the customer service was pathetic. Cape Town Airport. RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These guys should get attention from the Ombudsman.

It's amazing, high profile security

These people are exploiting people now merely charging 50rand for 30min parking in lockdown.. Very sad that people and companies that suffered in level 5 lockdown make their return by overcharging people just for parking and I hope that management of katanga and cpt airport is aware of this shady parking being sold

When I phoned to find out about parking the lady put the phone down in my ear while I was still asking. Got the feeling the lady did not want to speak to me and just put the phone down. I phoned again on the same number with no answer. Tried another number and another lady answered sounding depressed and wanted to get me off the phone quickly. Very bad customer service.

Shame having automated machines taking people’s jobs with unemployment so high. Especially given how poorly the machines and system function
