Beautiful place, loved the vintage style in the rooms and bar areas. Could do with a splash of colour and if your room is located overlooking the square, it can get a bit loud in the evenings but other than that I really enjoyed my stay.Rooms: 5/5

Loved the hotel and the country. The check in and check out were flawless and the reception was helpful. The room was spacious with a coffee maker as well as the room service was very decent. The bathroom is majestic. The mall is connected directly to the mall which makes it safe and convenient. Many luxurious restaurants around with delicious food. It was a great experience overall. Would go again!

I'm traveling around the world almost every week for business and tourism This is one of my favorite hotels in the world The antique design, the service, the food, swim pool and the spa. They are all nice and unique. And what i like the most, is the staff and the way they handle the guest. Welcoming and caring in friendly way. There ia one thing i wish they may fix it int the future; there is no iron inside the room and i have to request it. I hope it stay there as part of the accommodation. Everything is awesome. This hotel is one of the best hotels in the world to me. I was allowed to check in early, a birthday treat was given to me at the restaurant and I got some gifts in the room also. All the staff, from the cleaners to the managers were awesome, friendly and very helpful. The facilities were amazing. I'll recommend this hotel over and over again. Well done Hassanconcierge and Pleasure.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel and rooms are stunning. The service from staff is excellent and everyone was so friendly. It was my birthday and they made it extra special with treats and wine in the room. The linen on the bed felt amazing!Rooms: 5/5

Excellent service, excellent facilities. Staff friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Really enjoyed our stay and will be going back. Only thing I can fault them on is before the 11am check out time they came to the room and requested us to leave as check out is at eleven. Would suggest they rather take the approach and offer to take your luggage down as it is nearing check out...

Wonderful evening out with my wife for our anniversary. The entire team made it a memorable night, from the excellent food with dry ice to end it all off to the very attentive service team. Creme brule was excellent. Citrus chocolate fondant was a little overdone however.
