Beautiful old manor lovingly restored. Magnificent furniture. True Karoo hospitality. We had a lovely stay Rooms: Our bathroom was open plan - shower, toilet & washbasin just screened off. We didn't mind, but it's not for everyone, so check the layout of your room when booking if you require more privacy. Food & drinks: They booked our supper at Ka-Roux restaurant, which belongs to the same owners - the food was absolutely wonderful, and service was very friendly. Breakfast at the guesthouse was excellent value at R95 and delicious.
Quaint with loads of Old World Charm. Hosts were so accommodating after having spent an entire day on the road. A wonderful place to stop over en route to the Cape for those weary travellers. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and one can linger forever.
Nice little guesthouse, nice people and good service and breakfast. All clean and comfortable beds. Good atmosphere. Food & drinks: Breakfast good, accompanying restaurant close by: Ka'Roux.
An absolutely stunning view to wake up to. The room has an open bathroom in it - there is only a room divider shielding the toilet from the rest of the room.Rooms: 3/5
What a delightful 5-night stay I enjoyed at Moonlight Manor Guest House. Beautifully appointed accommodation with gorgeous views, warm hospitality and tasty breakfast. Victoria West is a friendly and authentic karoo town, steeped in historic, architectural and geographical interest. I have no doubt that the kind and forward-thinking owners of Moonlight Manor will go down in future history books as, amongst others, pioneers of the Vic West revival.

Good guesthouse. High standard of service. The double luxury room however had a toilet inside the room which I thoroughly dislike. This is not mentioned on the booking. Make sure you check this when booking.Rooms: 2/5
