What an amazing experience!! Hidden gem just outside Brits!! Wow wow wow!! Chalets are stunning, spacious and well equipped! The hosts take security very seriously and you feel safe! The view is amazing and the quiet of the bush is overwhelming!! Animals roam free and our hosts even named them... They don't believe in hunting, love their game and the animals are so well looked after!! There is electricity but no TV, so if you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not for you. But, if you are looking for a 5 star serene break away in the bush with stunning views, good hospitality from your hosts and overall amazing experience, this is for you!!
it was amazing, quiet and peaceful. If you need a stress reliever this is the place to go. Staff attitude was amazing. Spoke to the owner on the phone a few times and she was always accommodating and friendly. They have created a piece of heaven in the heart of Brits. Close to town yet far enough to enjoy the wildlife. This is for sure a place I will visit again
This is a great, safe, wonderful, relaxing game farm where animals are treasured and hunting is not allowed. Owners are so hospitable, you feel like royalty. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Will definitely be visiting again .
We stayed over at Mountain Mala for one night groep of 14 for a year end. The new owners just took over, they are very friendly. Its clear that their guests are priority to them. They seem eager to upgrade the lodge to its full potential. It was ideal for our group, we had a lovely stay. Will definately visit again.
Mountain Mala is now closed. I am the farm owner and the people who have run and controlled the Lodge are leaving the farm on 31 March, and they will no longer be allowed to do any business at the Lodge
They charge R200 more than advertised and after a month they have not refunded our R500 deposit. Bertus continuously makes up stories !!!
