Numetro Canal walk

Very confusing when got there ,but soon figured it out and it up being an awesome experience. Seats were comfy and service was great. Food wasnt the best but at least it wasn't badly priced. Overall a great experience.

Had a nice time watching a movie, the seats though a bit old, are comfotable. The atmosphere very good and the patrons were all good. Would definitely go back again

So we went to watch the new movie SMILE. Firstly let me just say, AMAZING! Best movie yet to watch in the cinema. The fear factor was top notch and all the screaming in the theatre just made the experience more lively. Honestly I have only watched movies at Nu Metro in Century City/Canal Walk and it's always a great experience. Definitely can't wait to go again. We were literally 15 minutes late from when the movie was set to start and when we got in there they were still playing movie trailers most obvious for the late comers to make it in time. I recommend Nu Metro for any and every movie you want to watch. The feel is just different. Amazing!

First time in years that I've been to the movies...didn't realize how expensive it has become. Was actually impressed with the service received from Canal walk new metro. We had bought the tickets online and I made a mistake with the seating. We only picked up our error when we went to buy snacks. They were able to assist us in changing the seats, and told us we qualified for a discount on the snacks because of the bank card we used !!! The cinema was clean and comfortable with well spaced seats 3dx. In retrospect, was actually worth the price...

I have previously given this movie theater a very high rating and always have considered it well managed and one of my favorites. However I have to change my rating to a 1 star after my last visit. I have phoned and sent a email before i changed my rating however I have had no reply to my complaint. Had to endure drilling in the theater next door during our movie last Sunday. Ourselves and other patrons repeatedly had to leave the cinema to complain before the drilling was finally stopped. I know Nu Metro Canal Walk is usually very well managed so I hope my complaint can be addressed soonest.

Watched Avatar on VIP and the left side and bottom of the screen was damaged and wrinkly. Did not really interfere with the movie however I knew it was there. The screen is very small and the 3D experience was not worth the extra spend. Gave the impression of a dated movie house. Seats are comfortable though. Not good value for money considering. Cheaper in 2D in all respects.

Totally disappointing. Bought tickets and combos on line., no mention was made of the three D glasses, had to go back to buy seven pairs. Once in the theater found people sitting in our seats, which took a while to sort out. As a family outing the Nu metro experience was unacceptable, thank goodness Avator ensured the experience was not all bad

Movies on the big screen always on experience and to top it, an action packed thriller 'Plane'

The 4D is crazy. We saw Black Panther 2, and I wasn't ready for all the movement and special effects. It's awesome, but hold on to your popcorn. Or u will be wearing it.

Relatively comfy chairs, with the rows far enough apart for tall people to be relatively comfortable. The floor in the theatre felt a bit sticky, and there was no soap or hand sanitizer in the bathrooms.
