Great place

Nice and big most of your lifting equipment is great quality of weights and machines to use bikes treadmills nice gym

Its the only gym in Vredenburg, but we can get all our fitness done here. Recap- they changed some monthly costs, which is good! The whole floor is now covered in rubberised sheets, amazing! Oh and new equipment and machines as well! Good to see members money is spent wisely!

It's great all the equipment works , staff is friendly with costumers, it's all great

From walking in the staff is friendly and helpfull. Appreciate there service. Much more then the robots chasing money in bigger places like Gauteng

Quaint little gym with with everything you require for a big workout

Very professional and the staff is helpful, was my first day and I had a blast!!!

I just love it and enjoy going there to get myself fit.
