I buy there a lot and I can honestly say, since day one, I only received the best service, the people working there is always friendly and willing to help you find the best solution for your problem, they really go out of their way to make sure you receive the best service. Thank you to everyone working there for your great service.
i was kind of disappointed with the service, today around 15:30 i called to ask if they operate during loadshedding and the lady said "yes of course" . so after work, me and my mother walked a long distance with our tired feet from working a full shift and still walking with a 3kg gaspot ,we walked fast to get there in time because they close at 17:00. When we approached the gas station 16:50 the employees was carrying the dog houses in and showing us from a distance with their hands "time out" so we didnt understand so they said that they closing and they cant fill the gas because its loadshedding and the generator is BROKEN. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!
Small shop, but you can usually find what you are looking for. They sometimes even have items that the "big" shops don't have. They sell Ingco tools, tjoko paint, and many more novelty items. The stall is kind and very helpful... once, I was going to buy something that I knew where it was stacked, but still, every employee asked if they could help me.

Mica Paarl is one of the best hardware shops located in the Paarl area. Not only do you have friendly and knowledgable staff, who will always try their best to help you, but they also offer a wide range of products and if you can't find what you are looking for, they are more than willing to help you find an alternative solution. Upon comparing prices from various competitors in and around the area, Mica Paarl has some of the best prices you can come across. I would buy at Mica Paarl regardless the cost of the item because when I go to the store, I feel at home and know that I can have a friendly chat with the staff and get more information and ideas from them as well. Good service, Good quality and Good Prices.
