Piketberg build it terrible service and guess what .... Malmesbury equally as bad.A promotions leaflet that counts for nothing with no stock required . No apologies either it's like my fault for wanting the items. If that's how customers are valued then you have no idea where your salaries come from. Month end and nobody on the floor at both branches. I wait at the front help desk malmesbury and people dont even acknowledge me being there.....In a highly competitive market post covid economical collapse make an effort people! Picture is of the paint I bought at Malmesbury without assistance.

Not that good… staff not helpful..
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
No customer service whatsover. I was forced to go to Customer Service to seek help as the floor staff kept ignoring me, even after I called the person over. This store can definitely do with some focus in the customer centric department.
