Pearly's Restaurant

Finally! A place in Langebaan that doesn’t expect you to make a reservation beforehand, which seems to be the non-sensical and frustrating norm lately. The lady managing the seating and guests was fantastic and went out of her way to be helpful. As usual, any place to eat right by the water is perfect for me, so it is a bonus that the food and atmosphere were awesome as well. The mussels were delicious, I recommend them.

Perly's is a well maintained restaurant on the beach front. Everything about our dining experience was excellent! From the quality of the meals served to the generous portion sizes to the impeccable customer service. Our waiter's attention to detail was fantastic. A portion of the restaurant is pet friendly. We called ahead to book a table as the restaurant was rather busy as peak lunch hour.

The venue is the perfect location with it being right next to the beach, the staff are very friendly and well trained. The food portions are massive and affordable. We went 3 days in a row while on holiday, that's how amazing it was. Each day we were extremely impressed with the management. On our last day a child was in distress in the restrooms and an ambulance needed to be called, just the excellent manner in which the situation was held was highly recommendable. Bravo Pearlys, counting down the days until we return.

We've been to Pearly's a few times and every time we've been there, we've had delicious food and very friendly and fast service. Their dishes are all well presented and tasty and portion sizes are really good. The view is beautiful as well. Would definitely recommend.Food: 5/5

Really enjoyed our evening meal here. One of the few places to take a on the day booking after being rebuffed by other places. Great setting on the water with a great view. Service was very prompt. Smoked Snoek Samoosas were had as starters and were one of the highlights...HIGHLY recommend. Oysters were nicely prepared and fresh. We shared a seafood platter for 2 and the linefish was perfectly cooked, the mussels and prawns tasty and I thought the calamari perfectly cooked but my sister thought slightly over-cooked. Portion sizes good and food fairly priced. Overall a great experience and would recommend!

Absolutely awesome location along the lagoon, with great views of kitesurfers, and great atmosphere outside under the awning . . . The food is stunning, I tried the chicken & prawn Linguine, with mild hot Thai curry sauce, and wowwwww, it was sooooo good : . . . and more recently, the wonderful Butter Chicken Curry. Absolutely mouthwatering : Back again, to watch the first Formula1 race of the season, accompanied by a glass of red wine, a dozen prawns, and peri-peri sauce. Not forgetting the Irish Coffee to complete the experience. Simply excellent . . .

We went for supper. It was quite busy so we expected to wait a bit, but after about 40-50 min of waiting, drinking beer, the manager came to us and said that the food is on its way and that they are very sorry for the delay. Then offered us a free round of beers. Honestly didn't feel like we waited very long. Other than that, incredible food, kind and professional staff, a good atmosphere, and decent pricing. Would definitely recommend! Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly, as far as I could see.
