Had a delicious and most soft calamari strips and chips. Service was super great. Wife had the flower power prawn pan. Both our meals and quantities was well worth it. A must stop when visiting this town of Velddrif

If you’re not in a rush and have time to chill you can grab a meal here next to the water Staff are very sweet and friendly, but you will wait a while for your order I thought the handwritten bill was too sweet Clean bathrooms

On the berg River.. Very pleasant view with parking to the side.. First time ever I ate food off a spade cocktails was pleasant.. I enjoyed the onion rings alot for R150. 00 worth the rand muscles could have been a bit more tasty IL rate them for taste less than ocean basket.. But a must do and there was no crayfish available.. Good service..

What a fabulous view and Sunday buffet! Great value for money and super friendly owner and staff. Buffet breakfast on Sundays from 9.30 to 15h00. You pay per weight if whatever you put on your plate. Good selection and definitely worth considering for a Sunday brunch too. Get there early as can get busy from midday on. Indoor and outdoor seating. Loved sitting in one of the little A house booths outside, right on the river bank. Definitely will come again with friends and family.

Had a booking for 5 people on Sunday for 12 o clock arrived at 11:45 took our seats and then the wait began. Waited an hour for the starter which was crummed mushrooms and was very enjoyable. While waiting for the starter we ordered the main course at half past one we asked the waiter about our main course when she informed us that their is two orders in front of us and that it would take another half an hour for our main course needless to say we left without having our main course and they weren't even that busy.

Wonderful atmosphere and the Escom menu was okay, but paying R155 for four tubes and three tentacles is a bit much.

We had the friendliest waiter, with a hilarious laugh on her. She recommended us the chilli saise that just took an awesome meal to an amazing meal.

Sunday lunch group of 6 tsbeks not ready waiter confused and very slow constantly had to go and find him orhet waiter vry unfreindly. Food not of any good standard will not go there again

Best fresh seafood, had the hake and tentacle calamari and both were so fresh and crispy. Service was amazing as well!
