We had an amazing dinner at Spur! The waiter Ronald was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure everything is going perfect throughout the evening. We celebrated a birthday and we were treated very special. All the staff was friendly and helpful and checked on us regularly. Thank you for making your customers a priority and keep up the great service! It is really appreciated.

If I could rate this Spur 10 stars then I would. I am a big fan of Spur, always have been and customer service plays a big role in how I will enjoy my experience. I visited this Spur for Breakfast Sunday morning, 7 May 2023. The customer service at this specific Spur is honestly 10/10. We got our food within 10 mins which is unusually quicker than all Spurs I've been to. And after eating, our table was clean within seconds. The staff really knows how to work as a team. I'm just sad that our waiter didn't introduce herself like other waiters do so I could remember her name, but nevertheless she did a great job either way. Big ups to your branch!!!!!
The service was fast , friendly and accurate. Thank you to Christopher our waiter that did an amazing job with our orders, giving us all the necessary information and ensuring we get what we ask for. I highly recommend this Spur and it's wonderful staff. Kid-friendliness: Big play area inside and outside.
Breakfasr was ok..ish, too little chips and tomato didnt look appetising.Food: 3/5
Food was great but service was poor despite very few customers at the time we went.Food: 4/5
