A wonderful experience. The massages were top tier and definitely one of the best I've had. All the treatments were great and professional. My only concern was the lengthy waiting times between treatments. We were booked for 1 and started over an hour later. The foot soak was long as there was no one available at the time of the pedicure. Time management is all that is needed for everything to run smoothly.
El Elyon Day Spa!!!! Wow I cannot comprehend how amazing their spa was! Every treatment was done so perfectly and it was absolutely relaxing. I loved how they were friendly and catered to our needs. The place is so beautiful and the vibes were just right, we felt as if we did not want to leave neither did we want the treatments to end. There's so much more El Elyon offers and I definently will be going back..
Excellent customer service the spa is beautiful they have excellent staff I booked a couple's treatment with the spa bath there was rose and candle in the bath i felt so special and loved not forgetting the welcome drinking
Medical Aid should cover Spa treatments, for our Mental health‍,I would come here every month. Such a nice, relaxing moment we had at the Spa,left happy and feeling Refreshed . Definitely coming back for more and More. Perfect experience we had. We Loved it . Worth every cent and more.
A group of 10 of us booked at the spa for a ladies day and it was truly an amazing day out. Shevane was a lovely hostess who made sure that all of our needs were seen to and the staff were friendly and carried out the treatments in a professional manner. The rooms were clean and neat and the atmosphere was very relaxing and therapeutic. We all had a very relaxing and enjoyable day out. Will definitely be going back again.
The service from all the ladies is amazingly great. Friendly, very professional and impressively efficient. Never mind the amazing touch of the ladies that give the therapy, WOW!!! We had the 2 hour session and I slept 80% of the time . This was the greatest way to start our birthday celebration for my Hubsy . Thank you El Elyon, will definitely be returning for more when we're om Durban again
My friends and I booked for a group of 10 ladies for 1 of the packages. Service is not great, staff don't seem to be very happy or even greet you. We had to ask what is first and what is next etc. The snacks and drinks layout was good. The first treatment- foot treatment and pedicure was very unorganized, set up with only 7 chairs. Sharing of scrubs and utensils, this is not hygienic and these ladies kept squeeling with each other, they looked so glum. The lady who did my treatment rushed through every step that i opted not to complete it.The full body massage was excellent, thank God we had different therapists. Hygiene is not a strong point, towels had Lipstick stains and the beds had old towels. The place is noisy with the staff and manager who scream and speak to each other whilst treatments are being done which is very unprofessional. The toilets are filthy. The pool was terrible, could not be used. We were not given gowns either. This place needs alot of improvement as it has potential to be better. Just proper hygiene, training of staff and time management.
This spa has by far exceeded all others. What I loved most is the absolutely friendly staff and most of all when they say they are giving you a full body massage that's exactly what they do. I would definitely recommend this spa to all my family and friends. Thanks for a lovely relaxing time ladies
What a wonderful experience. The stuff is very welcoming. Talking about the massage, wow they very well trained they do a wonderful job. I must say, you guys are the best I've ever had. Thank you so much el ELYON for the great experience. Keep it up
Absolute worst spa experience ever!!! Dirty rooms, really nasty equipment, noisy environment and not sure if therapists are actually trained... stopped the 2hr massage halfway through just to get away. The manager was apologetic and offered another service, but honestly can't stomach going back. I will never use this group again or recommend it to anyone. Not worth a 1 star..
