Worst services ever, called 3 times and got cut off 3 times, called back and the Honda parts sales man who picks up the call has attitude when I explained to him what was happening, spending my money elsewhere, where it's appreciated, clearly Korean Boys/ Spares Boys don't need new clientele. And now when I call back they don't take my call.Useless business for new clients.

The staff accommodating us was friendly enough to let us in to see more of the stocks inside.problem is upon communicating with him via prior arriving to the shop, he had confirmed the part was available which caused us a waste of our time coming since it turned out to be unavailable.
Look for Cuthbert if you go there and looking for mercedes spares.. He goes an extra mile to make sure you get the right component or item you looking for and with a good price..
Korean Boyz telephone line is very awful,their phone rings a very long time and goes straight to voicemail,if it goes through they speak from the backgrounds,I've been hearing voices of their staff engaging customers yet somebody has picked-up my call but never talks to me,I have been calling since 12:00 today same results..frustrating service indeed..
If I could give them half start I would ...most horrible service you get and even management or owner dont are and neither does the rest of there staff ...waited entire hour for part to be exchanged ...would I recommend them ...definetly not ...change there attitude or close your doors spareboyz
Accommodating bunch of lads with mountains of 2nd hand car spares. Every time I've gone there to rent or buy parts for film shoots they have been super friendly and helpful. Dankie, julle!
Useless service. You call the sale people, can hardly make out what they saying. They put you through someone who can help. No person answers ever. Then they stop amswer their phones immediately afterwards. Will never bother with this place again

Extremely poor service, contacted them 4 times and everytime got transfered to the department i requested just to get no help....
