I went to steers and placed my order. Waited over 45 minutes for ONE BURGER AND CHIPS. Ridiculous.
Very friendly staff that are keen to help with even the most complicated orders. I had a very big and complicated order and the restaurant got it perfect the first time. And did it all with a smile! Very happy with the service.
Yet again you are so good to dissapoint. Driver puts food down on the floor when he delivers. Then when you ask him to confirm the order he says he is only driving does not know what's in the bag. Then when you look into the bag, all chips half full etc etc. You are becoming experts at dissapointing your customers. If you don't deliver all items then you don't follow basic food Hygiene. Sort out your useless service. You have my contact details. I called the owner and left a voice and Whatsapp message. You can look onto your system which family did not get their food. Or are we not the only ones.
This Steers is terrible. Was order number 130 and watched orders up to 137 be collected while mine just sat there. The staff were so busy bickering that it took them 15 minutes to make the last burger to complete my order. The result being that the other 3 burgers and chips were cold by the time I received it. This is the 2nd time in a row that this has happened. Don't waste your money.
The owner was rude. I attempted to explain the purpose.of taking temperature readings at the entry point and the need to record the data for track and trace purpose. Simply because people can be asymptomatic. Covid19 compliance is not a nice to have or a means to follow government rules. It a preventative and risk assessment process to protect people. The owner then engage in a rude opinionated response while my 8 year.old son was watching. What happend to my customer is valued or is it because of the area we were in. Is this another instance of privilege or just plain stupidity.
Pretty bad. Placed an online order for collection and still had to wait 15 minutes, because order was only processed when I walked into the store. Ordered extra gherkins on the burger, and received those separately in a plastic tub. Burger required some home assembly. And of course, staff completely uninterested and indifferent about these complaints. And the burger sucked....
Extremely bad food, greasey sloppy chips, old oil flavour in burgers, soggy old garnish is to be expected. Rude customer service from employees as well as mismanaged kitchen staff. The business also closes 1 whole hour before advertised time, so if your looking for a quick meal after a long hard day. You cant rely on steers, or any of these other chains in MB
Frieendly staff, quick service. Always have the same meal and price has climbed at a steady pace over the last 18months - 2 years. Still the best chips and milkshakes out there.
I love their chips..with favorite sauce which after being empty for weeks were refilled..it's a winner..staff loves to chat with each other..think bit too much, too much sound in that small space..they shud tone it down & rather up the vibe wit leka tunes & prepping leka food. .to up their ratings
