The Zone fitness (gym )Cape Town Strand Street.

It is small but impressive I guess it's because they are still new in the market but growing up quite nicely, they don't have places for kids so only those 16 and older can be safe there

Had great time in class more than the machines. Hope they can make the place air ventilated yhuuu it can smell ey.. Other than that it is a great place to lose weight, or gain muscle, or maintain your current body

I always enjoy going to the gym, their equipment is definitely more than perfect for the price I pay R250

Went during the weekday early afternoon and it was nice and quiet so equipment was available... A positive. However still not very tidy, no plates racked... Design of space and organization of equipment is not ideal.

Okay little gym. Gets a bit busy and crowded. Parking is a nightmare. Loved the plate loaded machines.

1. Few bar bells, 2. Staff assistant is very good 3. Some locker need to be changed, they can't lock even though you locked the but still can open

Wish the opening hours could be at 5am instead of 6pm but other then that I love this gym

This gym ought to be closed down. Besides the dismal lack of standards, the staff isn't personable at all, you can tell they hate their jobs. The gym is also almost always overcrowded and even when it isn't the space still feels very small. I'm not sure if Zone Fitness is a franchise but if it is then this one is going against all of the standards associated with ZF. It feels like a community gym in the township and not a gym where people are actually paying monthly membership fees. Wouldn't recommend it all, if you need to use a Zone Fitness gym in town rather go to the one in Kloof.

I like the place and to gym on zone fitness I'm feeling motivated there..
