We've stylish interiors and great kit but what really sets us apart is the authentic training experience; uplifting boxing fitness and physical training classes, one-on-one coaching and personal training.

"A recreational boxing club for ladies and gentlemen to learn, get fit and feel good. We also host White Collar Boxing Events giving you the opportunity to enjoy an authentic boxing experience. Private Lessons and Group Classes available, members also have access to train by themselves anytime during our opening hours."
