This is an awesome place to camp, right against the river. Power and ablution available, for safety always take your own water and toilet paper to any camp. 2nd time camping there and would go again. The owner is a pleasure to work with.

Really great campspot, only issue is the road that's a little close. But the boma does a great job at blocking the road so you soon forget it's there. Great trees, shade, and grass. Fantastic that's its only a 50 minute drive from Northern suburbs in Cape Town. Great showers, and great that there's a fridge and freezer! Biggest bonus is also being pet friendly with a great river to swim in!

An amazing site which we've used several times, booking it out so that we have the entire space to ourselves. Always super friendly staff and neat as a pin when we arrive. Such a pleasure to get back to nature here.

Ideal camp site. Have been coming here for about 7 years. If the river is full, fun rowing in it. Many enjoy swimming in it. This time of the year it can be rather windy at times. Early and late afternoon wind. If it dies down then it is just perfect. Days can be hot but a swim is then what you need. Ablution block good. New work counter and nicely painted and tiled. Our family friends and dogs can't find better. Thank you we enjoy our stay each time.

Awesome pet friendly and private camp. Bit windy at times but worth it.

Terrible location A cramped little strip of lawn next to an empty river and very close to a noisy road. Only 2 toilets one inside a shower and 2 showers which are not cleaned often enough. Don't recommend it at all.

Beautiful green lawn, comfortable kitchen with fridge/freezer. Two showers and toilets. Outside boma with fireplace. The river was nice and full and great for swimming.
