Woolworths Vangate Mall

I bought Today 2 Rotisserie chicken for R155.. And one was abit raw inside and had alot of water /oil.. I didn't even eat it because it don't taste well.

Love this shop all the luxury of quality but pricey Woolies.

So many times I've been in this store too get a pie or chicken but often find this section empty.

I received excellent service from a Miss Nishaar Benjamin at Vangate Mall Woolworths. She spoke well and clearly over the phone. She went the extra mile to find a product for me. I am very impressed with her dedication and service she displayed. Before calling her I spoke to employees at the Waterfront and Seapoint branches, but their service was so inferior compared to my experience I received from Miss Benjamin at the Vangate branch. Keep it up.

Very bad service in that shop.on 2 occasions I walked into that shop and was told the person that should help me is on a break.The first time I bought a cellphone R3995 price on display at the till I was charged R4300 and was told that was the price I had to pay because that was the price that was loaded onto the system...seriously now...not good service

Staff are super friendly and good selection of products. Just love the chocolate hot cross buns. Always fresh and and an all time family favorite.

Good selection of clothes and food. Easy to navigate and not like other stores where you get lost trying to find something. Professional staff although they dont come across as friendly. The prices seem fair especially when there are specials, some items on sale being cheaper than at pick n pay or spar.

Excellent..Covid awareness but no consistency.. Manager addressed me on a buff I was wearing which was drooping...but the next minute he speaks a worker who mask was not covering his nose..consistency is important..

Well respectful assistants are looking after customers very nice.

Terrible customer service experience, happened just now. I won't go there again. The staff especially coloured people judge by appearance and decide to treat people badly.
