You'll spend the entire day there. Staff lacks a sense of urgency and there are staff members who'd humiliate people publically. Poor humanity skills
How can they be so careless, these people are very useless, how can a person be lost in their care. Their job is allocate the destination of a patient when him or her is being transferred to another hospital but they didn't do their job, now the family is stressed going up and down trying to find their loved one but they can't find him because of the carelessness of Zola gateway stuff, i hate u guys.
The stuff is very helpful but the hospital is unmanaged... The last time we went there with my wife.. M she was admitted and allocated a bed that literally had blood form another woman who had gave birth on it.. I was not impressed at all
Service is very slow,staff is usually chatting half the time. ANC starts at past 8o'clock.
Very impressed ,cleaned, with many rooms for consulting- the Clinic is located opposite Jabulani Mall ,accessible for our citizens !
If you arrive there after 13:00, no matter how sick you are they will tell you the doctors are gone.
