10Below Ice Cream

Great Service, Great ice cream but i was really dissapointed that they ran out of toppings. My ice cream needed way more fruits! But the thai ice tea soothes my soul.

At this location: If you come here with kids, be ready to get harassed by the security guard at that level. The location of this shop is terrible and you sort of start getting all bunched up after a while if there's lots of customers coming in. The guard seems to come everytime we come and he starts to tell us how to stand, where to stand, how to walk, how to pick up our order...suddenly it's a course in basic human movement. It's always the same disrespectful guy, too. I didn't want to take off any stars because of this. But, 10 Below is clean and their ice cream is delicious. It takes some time to get your order out, again, I didn't want to take off any stars because it's not a ready-made product. It's going to take time to make your ice cream. The products they use don't taste like gmo and everything tastes fresh and delicious. I always keep my orders simple with just whip cream as a topping so I can really get a sense of the ice cream itself...and it's delicious. Staff is always friendly and kind. At least they are everytime we visit. Parking can be hectic here at times.

Great experience brought some friends and they enjoyed the ice cream I suggest you hurry on line so have this delicious treat as quick but in the summer time it’s more preferable staff were nice enough to give me a box to carry 4 ice cream cups and they asked if it was alright

Ice cream tasted good. Employees looked bored as we walked up.
