1400 Food Lab

Attended a chef collaboration dinner tonight which was phenomenal! Each course has a cocktail pairing and the chef came out to introduce the food course individually. Wonderful way to find new restaurants to visit!

Wonderful establishment. Perfect place for the culinary entreprenuer to use the facilities. Everyone there is very friendly, helpful. The classes there are an added bonus. As well as the different events that are held here. Cool place to go for date night, girls night out, or when you're looking to do something new in the city.

They offer a wide variety of classes for cooks and novices alike. If you want to learn what it really takes to open a food business or just be a better home cook they have a class for you.

I had my wedding reception here. Susie and Karen were wonderful. The event space is fantastic, and the commercial kitchen is a treat to work in.

Wonderful place to go to for any kind of foodie related activity. Whether you want to host a party arty, start a business or take a cooking class, this is the perfect place!
