A Cleaner World

I went to Cleaner World to have some of my business clothes washed. I do not have a washer and dryer in my apartment and the public washer and dryers tend to be hard on clothes so I thought i would take the money to have a professional service do it. When I came in I told them I wanted them washed. None of my stuff was washed, however, just steamed and pressed. A huge waste of $70. Now I have to spend more money somewhere else to get my stuff actually washed. They obviously do not listen to what a customer wants and just does everything the same.

My fiance took my shirts here for me on Wild Wednesday...my shirts came back with the poorest press job I have ever seen and one of them had a mustard stain on the sleeve. Whoever "works" there couldn't bothered to even put the cheeseburger down while doing what I paid them for. Don't bring your clothes here...I never will again!!!

Ok..so I dropped off a very important dress for cleaning, they did an absolutely beautiful job cleaning it...then I misplaced it. Ut-oh, can't find it, freaking out...called the store did I leave months ago? No, they had very precise records that I did pick it up, how I paid for it, they probably could have told me what I wearing when I picked it up! I phoned them twice and both times they were very understanding and kind to me. Wow! Excellent customer service. Turns out I did find my dress, not in its designated location in my closet but folded and put away in forever packaging, what a relief to find her! Thank you so much for your help, kindness and thorough records. I think I will be making notes of where I put things of importance to me...
